When you live in a different country than the rest of your family, you have to get creative when celebrating holidays like Christmas. An example would be opening presents with the Heddings over Skype the Saturday before Christmas!
I’m oh, so thankful for Skype Christmasses! :)
I don’t think Asher really understood all of it (the wrapping paper was more interesting to him), but we had a good time taking part in the usual excitement that comes with any family gathering (even though we were thousands of miles away). Plus Gramma and Grampa were in on Asher’s first Christmas.
And of course Leon had to participate in the family hat Christmas tradition…
