You’ll remember at the beginning of May, I committed to actually doing some of the things I’ve pinned on Pinterest. Well, I’ve done not one, but two things since then! Here’s one of them.
I have a habit of saving my glass jars for things. Mainly, I use them for storing food in… they are great for freezing individual servings of soup or homemade chicken stock!
Then I found an idea that was much more exciting than chicken stock in a glass jar. I’ll make luminaries!
The original idea was for the use of tin cans, but seeing as I have all these glass jars no tin cans… I think it turned out really nice! And if you don’t want to use it as a luminary, it makes a nice, small vase for flowers!
So without further ado, here’s the luminary I made.
