What’s for dinner (and breakfast and lunch)?

I’m trying to be more intentional in planning meals in our house. Ones that are healthy and frugal. I find it challenging. I’m more comfortable finding things that are more cost effective now though because I’m becoming comfortable grocery shopping in England. Who would have thought that shopping in another country would be so different? I’ve had to find substitutions for a number of things…

Anyway, here’s what we’re eating this week:

Breakfast: cold cereal, yoghurt with fruit and homemade granola, porridge, soaked baked porridge (Saturday)

Lunch: Sandwiches, fresh fruit, carrot sticks, hard boiled eggs, wraps with left-over chilli from last week

Dinner:
Monday: Veggie Bean Burritos
Tuesday: Bacon Vegetable Quiche
Wednesday: left-overs
Thursday: Pesto BLTs
Friday: team BBQ; I’m bringing Potato Salad
Saturday: left-overs or Pasta Bake
Sunday: Pancakes
