Leon went out to meet with a friend, so Asher and I had our first (of hopefully many) Mummy-Son date on Monday night! It was a short, very enjoyable time. Asher can carry on a conversation quite well already. :) Granted, all he speaks is ‘coo’ right now, but it was still very sweet.

And then he spent the rest of the time sleeping, so Mummy had some much needed time to herself! Yeah!!
The road will have bumps and detours. It will be joyful, and it will be painful. The road we take won’t always be easy, but it shapes who we are. The road I’ve walked is a part of who I am and who I’m becoming.
